1. About this policy
This policy explains how NeckPilot ("the App"), provided by Paweł Gawliczek, handles information.
2. Data collection
NeckPilot does not collect, receive, sell, or share personal data. It does not use data for tracking. The App has no advertising, analytics, telemetry, third-party tracking SDKs, accounts, or app-managed cloud service.
3. Microphone and audio
With your permission, Tuner detects instrument pitch, Note Trainer Play Mode recognises notes you play, and Key Finder estimates likely musical keys. The App processes audio temporarily in memory on your device. It does not record, retain, log, upload, or transmit the audio. Access starts only after you choose to use a microphone feature. It stops when you stop or leave the feature, the App enters the background, or capture is interrupted.
You can decline microphone access and continue using other features. You can revoke permission in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Microphone.
4. Local data
The App stores preferences, favourites, Trainer totals, and custom scale patterns on your device. It does not store microphone audio. Apple may include local app data in a device or iCloud backup, depending on your settings.
5. Deletion
In NeckPilot Settings, you can reset Trainer statistics, favourites, custom patterns, or all local app data. Deleting the App removes its local container, apart from copies that may remain in backups controlled through your Apple Account. Resetting app data does not change microphone permission in iOS Settings.
6. Apple-hosted catalog and external links
On supported systems, NeckPilot may use Apple’s Background Assets service to check for and download a reviewed public instrument-catalog update. Apple’s service handles the request. NeckPilot does not upload recordings, musical selections, practice history, account identifiers, or other user data. The built-in catalog remains available offline. Privacy Policy and Support links open in your system browser. The destination site’s privacy practices apply there.
7. Children
NeckPilot does not knowingly collect personal information from children or other users. It does not create user profiles.
8. Changes
This policy may change if the App or its legal requirements change. The date above identifies the current version.

NeckPilot nie zbiera danych osobowych i nie zawiera kont, reklam, analityki ani śledzenia. Stroik, Tryb gry i Rozpoznawanie tonacji analizują dźwięk wyłącznie tymczasowo w pamięci urządzenia. Dźwięk nie jest nagrywany, zapisywany ani wysyłany. Ustawienia, ulubione, zbiorcze statystyki treningu i własne układy są przechowywane lokalnie i można je usunąć w ustawieniach aplikacji.
